   Duty Manager

      You will oversee the day-to-day operations of front office, ensuring the smooth delivery of exceptional services to guests as well as gather                      information, analyze sector trends to suggest appropriate proposals to enhance revenue and hospitality experiences.


  • Ensure efficiency in daily hotel operations. Eg: Manpower deployment, inventory control, property management etc

  • Prepare and assign duty roster for Front Desk, Housekeeping, Bell Services and In-House Maintenance

  • Be the key contact for any guest issues or hotel incidents and emergencies and handle guest feedback promptly

  • Responsible for hotel cost savings without compromising on service, quality and reputation

  • Gather up to date information on the business environment and suggest ways to enhance company growth

  • Motivate and promote staff commitment towards company and maintain good staff relations for optimal performance

  • Responsible for appraisal of staff under his/her care and to recommend rewards or disciplinary actions accordingly

  • Maintain a professional operations team in terms of staff grooming, work attitude, customer service etc

  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations

  • Ensure implementation of all Hotel Policies and house rules.

  • Handle frontline duties when required

  • Conduct checks on hotel rooms and premises

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as per assigned Requirements

  • Minimum ‘O’ Level

  • At least 1 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry

  Housekeeping Supervisor

     Mentoring of new housekeeping attendants and leading the housekeeping function in the assigned hotel(s).


  • Responsible for day-to-day housekeeping operations

  • Assist housekeeping team on their roles and duties, inspect work for conformance and ensure compliance

  • Lead, supervise, train and retrain staff to prescribed hotel standard

  • Daily inspection of rooms, facilities, common area to ensure high standard of cleanliness and maintenance

  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Duty Manager


  • Minimum GCE 'O' level  or Nitec with 1 year relevant experience in housekeeping supervisory role, or Diploma in Hospitality with no relevant experience

  • Able to motivate staff, lead and guide a team

  • Customer oriented, quality focus and alert with keen eye for details

  • Able to work shift, weekends and public holidays


  Housekeeping Attendant

     Perform housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and tidiness at guest rooms and common areas. Maintenance of fixtures and furniture to                  ensure it is kept in excellent conditions at all times.


  • Cleaning of hotel guests’ rooms and common area

  • Assist in other ad hoc duties as and when assigned


  • Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions

  • Physically fit and able to bend frequently

  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays


  Building Technician

        Performing repair and maintenance duties at the hotel premises to ensure that all defects and irregularities are resolved.


  • Attend to complaints/reporting of breakdown of services within the hotel premises

  • Testing and inspection for all electrical and mechanical equipment

  • Inspect rooms for defects and repair defects

  • Ensure drainages are choke-free

  • Ensure hotel fixtures are in good condition


  • 'O' Level, Nitec or equivalent

  • 1 to 2 years working experiences, preferably with relevant hands-on experience in building related or hospitality industry

  • Resourceful, proactive and team player

  • Good interpersonal and communication skill

  • Service-oriented with good personality

  • Fire panel knowledge will be an advantage



       Provide assistance to our guests’ for their luggage


  • Assist guests with their luggage

  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms


  • Min GCE ‘N’ levels

  • Preferred relevant experience in customer service

  • Physically fit and able to handle heavy load

  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday.

   Waiter | Waitress

      The Waiter/Waitress will take orders and serve food and beverages to Guests in our restaurant. Always aware of Guest satisfaction to deliver the           perfect service experience. Ensure high quality of food and beverages to Guests. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:                       servicing the Guest in a friendly, efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Guests must feel welcome, comfortable           and well attended to at all times


  • Provide the perfect service experience for every Guest

  • Ensure the Guest feels important and welcome in the restaurant

  • Ensure hot food is hot and cold food is cold

  • Adhere to timing standards for products and services

  • Look for ways to consolidate service and increase table turns

  • Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage

  • Serve the Guest in an accommodating manner

  • Must know all food liquor, beer, wine and retail offered

  • Apply positive suggestive sales approach to guide Guests

  • Pre-bus tables; maintain table cleanliness, bus tables

  • Looks for ways to avoid waste and limit costs

  • Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe

  • Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages

  • Deliver food and beverages to any table as needed

  • Must follow all cash handling policies and procedures

  • Report to property on time and in proper uniform


  • Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (May vary by state)

  • Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes

  • Must have clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Must have the physical abilities to carry out the functions of the job description

  • Must be able to responsibly handle cash transactions

  • Must be able to consolidate and coordinate needs for all tables within their station

  • Must be able to carry food and beverages

  • Must be able to work in a team environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

  • At least one-year experience as a food server within a restaurant, hotel, or conference center operation

  • Any related customer service/oriented experience will be considered

  • Ability to comprehend and communicate in fluent English
